Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date. We will work with you to arrange a replacement order. 

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us by the carrier, you may place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will refund the product price; however, please note that you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

Wrong Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you, the customer, you will be responsible for the costs of placing a new order.

Rejected Shipments

If you reject a shipment upon delivery, you will be liable for the costs associated with placing a new order.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you may place a new order and will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will refund the product price for the original order.

Damaged or Poor Quality Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or of poor quality, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the product. We do not accept returns for damaged or poor-quality products. However, if the claim is validated, we may offer a refund or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

  1. Contact us at support@assiromoda.shop with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. For damaged or poor-quality products, include photos and a description of the problem.
  3. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed, whether it involves a replacement, refund, or further steps.

Additional Terms for EU and EEA Countries

If you are a customer located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason. This applies to non-personalized items such as standard clothing.

  • Refund: Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund, including the original standard shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • Condition: Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Exemptions: Custom-made or personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal unless they are faulty or not as described.
